MY PROBLEM SOLVE IN THIS MENTHOD see my old post OPPO F3 CPH1609 Stock Factory Firmware Here but no one can help me so ill try this solution
no need flash firmware to make you a risk ...:Y::)
open nck crack
select 6589
select factory reboot
click reboot phone in selected
press vol+and vol- and then insert usb



and wait until see emmc like in this pics


and select emmc wait until format and my you done
