factory reset again with 48 clock speed....then remove all jumper and cooling pad
after press power button for 60 sec...enjoy..

Just Check CLK, CMD Resistor A3s 9008 Port only after ISP Points will be fixed.
Because of Sometimes it's Broken Due Soldering.

bro.. your "CLK" point is damaged, u need to remove "CLK" register and make jumper ... 10000%%% solution
