UFi oppo A3S CPH 1803 autorestart after isp pinout

hi ... oppo a3s cph1803 reset done with ufi box ... BUT phone is Dead and only show qualcomm 9008
i have removed clk resistor and make jumper...
now the phone restart after fews secondes ..

1. Go to Recovery Mode then Wipe Data Manually.
2. Download the zip file then go into recovery mode and flash it.

I did this:
1. Go to Recovery Mode then Wipe Data Manually.
2. Download the zip file then go into recovery mode and flash it = at the end "installation failed "
3. Go to Recovery Mode then Wipe Data Manually.
that's all = problem solved
I didn't really get what the issue
