Nova 4 VCE-AL00 convert global (this is DTPRO Section not another tool)

Hello,

I have found this phone extremely frustrating, cause seems to me like no tool is properly supporting it.
I am attempting to convert VCE-AL00 all/cn to global rom VCE-L22 on hw/spcseas config.

Not sure if this is quirk of the model, but after changing the phone only shows hw/spc, not hw/spcseas. Can I do it with DT please? If yes then I would appreciate some guidance.
I have checked all apps, but cannot see the place for oem editing, is it in NVreconstructor?

its easy without oem, flash board, repair model name only ! and simple update by sd card or what u like

Well, 2 issues here - no tool wants to repair the model name (can only modify in oeminfo) giving 'unsupported model/patch/software' info.
Second, the flash always fails after:

Writing file 3 of 46: BASE_VERLIST...OK
Writing file 4 of 46: BASE_VER...OK
Writing file 5 of 46: PACKAGE_TYPE...OK
Writing file 6 of 46: HISIUFS_GPT...OK
Writing file 7 of 46: XLOADER...OK

any next file gives error and software install failed.
