Infinity Nokia 216 Clone Menu Not Available & Camera Open Error Need Guidance

I Have A Chinese Nokia phone with features:

KEYTAK60A_M216_PCB01_gprs_MT6260 And 16Mb_Memory

which gives the error that the [ menu is not available ] , on which I have flashed the following files:

In all the above files, the menu is not available error.

It only appears in the file under the menu, but the camera is not available.

I have tested the code *#21# in all the files, but it doesn't work.
