I have been unsuccessful in resetting the MCK code using Key-tool 6.42 and need some help getting it to work. The first time I ran the app it ate two credits then rebooted the phone but the app got stuck and would not progress after the phone rebooted. The app appeared to hang after posting the following status report:
I terminated the app and ran it again. The app did not use any credits this time and seemed to attempt to access the AT&T Cloud app in my AT&T folder several times without success and then terminated itself, posting the following error message:
My phone is locked to AT&T but I use a wireless phone service provider that provides service over the AT&T network. Because I don't use AT&T, I don't have an AT&T Cloud subscription.
Can someone provide me with some assistance in getting Key-Tool to work so I can reset the MCK Code that was triggered when I attempted to unlock the phone too many times?
