hola buen dia.... me podrian ayudar a reiniciar mi licencia de nck online por favor .... la tenia usando en una pc pero se me descompuso y ya no prende intente activar mi licencia en otra pc pero en la pagina me pide un codigo al que ya no tengo acceso.... solo tengo el correo y la clabe de activacion

Hello, good day.... could you help me reset my nck online license please.... I was using it on a PC but it broke down and it won't turn on anymore. I tried to activate my license on another PC but the page asks me for a code that I no longer have access to.... I only have the email and the activation key.
