Infinity my dongle misconfig

Dear Friends, Please never never never use any debug or crack tools with Infinity software. You may kill your dongles. Repair after that is paid. I will neveruse any debug or crack tools with Infinity software because it is usage rules violation and repair is PAID
i never used any shering application. when using dongle sundely colsed exe then msg misconfig
i need help

I do not see any problem with your dongle.
Suggestion: always reboot PC after you install drivers
