Hello, I have moto g7 power, I connect in adb mode, it works for any application, but dt pro tools does not detect the phone, install, reinstall, change drivers and nothing. Colombian support fails to solve my problem, I appreciate your help.

i already check my computer with karpesky, avast and windows defend, I have no virus

install drivers Motorola Mobile Drivers 64 bit, MotorolaDeviceManager_2.5., Motorola ADB Interface driver and it does not solve the problem, another user reported the same problem in this forum, the support does not let me change the license to try on another PC. What I can do? All programs detect my phone in adb for frp normally.
