Global Unlocker Pro Moto g7 Power cant recognize this tool

Hi, how to unlock Motorola G7 Power FRP, I am trying with Vol - + Power in Fastboot or Factory Mode SW will not recognize, I try powered ON software will not recognize, i try on 2 PC same think, drivers installed, OLD software was gr8, the new one make us problem, can you tell me exact steeps ?
