modem mode/wizzard mode/download mode Chimera tool

In Chimera manuals it wants me to connect the phone in different modes: sometimes in modem mode/wizzard mode, sometimes in download mode. Would someone know how to get the phone into this modes ?

Do you mean the MODEM MODE , or the Dowload mode? We can help for both of course.
