Chimera KG unlocks dont work at all. Refund or a Fix?

Judging by chimera site and suppported phones ,all of the 3 phones i've tried through the QR code should work. A13 - A136B , S24 Ultra S928B (first is 2022 security level, second one is August 2024 security level)
Third phone is A16 ( again 2024 security level) A165F.
S 24 Ultra , connects as usual in ADB mode, i click Knox removal , goes to 25 % and then just says Knoxguard removal failed.
THe other 2 phones - i do the usual ADB method with the QR code, they connect through ADB. From adb mode i start knoxguard, program starts to work in ADB mode removing KNoxguard and then at 38 % it says waiting for ADB connection , even though its already in ADB. Done the process like 10 times a few weeks ago and it worked flawlessly. AFter the new update (new security supported) - everything fails.
Its insane , unlocked A54 yesterday with same method without a problem and after that no success with any phohe. Tried - changing ports, cables, pc , installgin windows updates, samsung usb drivers - NOTHING works.
Please , any help???

We can still only suggest you try to use different cables or maybe a different computer, because the issue appears to be stemming from these.
