Try unpacking it and check it turns out it's full short.
Unload the flux cans scattered on the power ic, cpu, even on the PA IC
Execution:
A. Short Circuit at the bat connector using a hot bucket on the U404
B. Lifting U404 is still short at L408 ( V_BAT_SW line )
C. Remove L408 and shoot with a smoking bucket at C177 ( VBAT_RF line )
D. Just pry C177 and thank God it's on
E. Reinstall L408 and U404
a new case appears again, the charge doesn't increase and the current consumption on the usb doctor is 0ma.
Just replace L408...and Thank God...

Current consumtion is 0 ampere
Conditions like this the power ic doesn't work because the working voltage is not meet minumum condition
Check it turns out that vph pwr short, try injecting c0526 with 2v teg, there are chicken tails evenly,
things like this most often occur short in the capacitor area, try unplugging c 0526 and c0527 short is missing, and try to turn it on, thank God it turns on.
Next, replace the short c
