everytime i want to read firmware from cpu 9832e with cm2 sp2 i got this error everytime

yes most new spd device gives problem like this, some people do reas file with cm2 sp2 but mine is not am concerned.

with normal cme spd is reading with old spd device but this cm2 sp2 fails to read firmwqare and when it gets to userdata it breaks so i get half read files.
