Actually I have never used sharing or crack tools. However, I am unsure how the dongle became misconfigured. I searched and found the only way posted above to fix the issue. Thank you for fixing it.

Don't worry, if something happened by mistake it can be always fixed. And yes, in some cases it may be some kind of software incompatibility with unknown installed software.
