Solved I still can't download files

when I try to download any file from the server, it only downloads 3.26kb and the support only says that I uninstall dbblocker and browsers but still it still doesn't download.

Good bro, I do not know how you do things, look at the screenshots, I have downloaded your same file and it is downloaded perfectly and also decompresses exactly the same, you will have to look at other options because the software is not and the server either, Thanks a lot.
