Help I need change my Hardware ID!...

Please help me, I have format my pc after that I cannot use the Software, even I fill in all correct password, & activation code.

if you format your hard drive directly! and X Sector is deleted, your HARDWARE ID will change, you must request the change of Hardware ID .....
