DTPro Huawei Y90 IMEI repair error PATCH NETWORK

I do the correct process to fix imei, but have errors to do patch network function, already change cable, port, drivers and same error, please con you help me here, this is the LOG OPERATION

This error is due to 2 factors!!
1 Buggy Drivers
2 port too high! Please set the port number as low as possible "2 to 10"
