I can see a lot of successful Huawei-ID bypasses performed on firmware ANA-NX9 12.0.0.370 or below.
Try to connect your device in Fastboot mode, use Load Factory Fastboot procedure to enter factory mode, then perform the Remove Huawei-ID & FRP procedure.
You might have to use Harmony cable.

Sorry for the mixed answers, this procedure is a bit old, and above 12.0.0.230 firmware the results are incosistent.
That being said, we can see a lot of successes with your currentl firmware as well, so our best suggestion would be to try it, and see if it works for you.
