Hello I have too phone with same problem after update only Qualcomm 9008 USB
I download London downgrade file but when select it to write partition no connection with phone

change usb port, check if batery is charged, make test point try again

also update drivers

same condition i think not drivers problem as software connect and read ( Msm : 0x0009A0E1 )

FLASH bootloaderimage from
( London-AL10-BD 1.0.0.37_Board Software_general_8.0.0_r1_EMUI8.0_05022JAD )
read exact phone name on pcb
download firmware for it
use any app to Extract (update.app)
flash it after select XML
request to DTPRO Tool team please add huawei update.app on EDL MODE
