I contact reseller many time they always say send me the link u post in forum so I can forward to the coder, it's been 2 months since I bought this box until now I cannot use properly. Last night I try to buy huawei service pack hoping it will work now I try I all cannot open. Got headache don't what issue I format my laptop still cannot. I tried PC too still cannot. I think I bought the wrong box I don't where to ask help for this issue
