How to Reported the issue/bug, or UFI CREDIT refund request, and other problem to UFI Support.
New update is coming, new feature is added, and another bug or issue is also followed.
Thats why the software need to be updated from time to time.
There are no software with bug free, because its made by human.
If you got problem while using UFI Software, find some bug or the issue,
there are feature called "Report an issue",
you can accessed it by using Right Click menu in the Title Bar.
New window will appear.
Here, you can write the problem.
Please write the details problem including your serial and UFI Account ID for UFI Credit issue.
Without details problem, your report will be ignore.
Attach your UFI Software.log and screenshot,
and Click Submit.
Do not ask about how to repair your phone or request features here.
We will process the problem as soon as possible.
You also can do it manually,
by sent email to [email protected]
with the same format as above example.
