DTPro How to get in contact with support ?

Purchased a one year activation on gsmserver yesterday, and followed the steps in their e-mail for activation of the software, ref:

Code:
1. Download DTpro Manager Software
2. Unzip the downloaded archive
3. Run Manager Software
4. Enter your Email, password, and activation code
5. Press SIGN IN
6. Restart the software to LOG IN and confirm your registration.

After I restarted the software in the last step, I am getting wrong password when I try to login even though I use the exact same password as when I created the account. Tried sending a message to the Whatsapp number, but now 24h later still no reply at all. Anyone from the team that help out? Or any other way I can contact someone besides that Whatsapp number?
