Help Help With Note 8t Bootloop

I got this Note 8t
It turned off out of the blue, the user wanted to do a hard reset but never allowed access
I successfully flashed it twice
(one with firm EU and one with MI, one global and the other European)

When you turn on, Dice Redmi turns white and immediately turns yellow.

Both flashes successful but does not exit Bootloop

Any idea or suggestion?

I experience bootloop with Xiaomi phones s when I used a lower version than it was in the phone.
