with UMT tool in fastboot mode : failed
patch (s2) in edl mode and go to fastboot unlock failed!
phone is in "unable to get imei"
no wifi no imei
try to unlock bootloader with mi unlock tool not done!
try to write qcn firle in diag mode with qfile not done
try to repair imei with umt : enable diag mode ok repair imei not done

problem solved ... bootloader unlocked successfully by dtpro tool
thanks @amtayeb for his help.
still now to repair qcn file .
or repair imei.
