healp me about my ufi box

when i detect the phone the ufi box not running no reaction

only showing
connection status: XHCI:HUB3:USB 2.00 Higg-Speed
Interface: UFI High-Speed
only that showing no other reaction not detect
only that display
i am using windows 10 pro 64bit

hope fully can help me about this issue thank you to all
