Galaxy C5000 Emergeny Calls Issue

Dear All.
Assalam-o-Alaikum
i have Galaxy C5000.its chinese version and its CRom is unlocked.the problem is that this phone doesnt connect with 3g or 4g network.means when we select 3g or 4g network then Emergency calls show and no calls or sms possible.only works on 2g network.
i have tried different roms but no luck.
is there any solution to fix emergency calls issue.
Will CERT file help to overcome this issue ?.if anyone have cert file plz give.
the phone is running on Android Marshmallow.
i need help urgent.

What should i check in hardware.do u mean that its motherboard fault ?

i have checked and its IMEI is not found in stolen mobiles.

Dear Bilal.phone works only on gsm signals.make calls and sms only when select gsm only.but gives emergency calls only message when selecting 3g or 4g.
if i write cert file in phone then will it work or not ?
