Could you help me clear up my doubts? I want to buy the 1-year license but it would be the Samsung one. Can I make any Samsung FRP only with that license or do I have to buy the PRO?

You can remove the FRP from Samsung devices. You only need to Pro if you want to use the Unisoc or EDL mode.

Puede eliminar el FRP de los dispositivos Samsung. Solo necesitas Pro si quieres usar el modo Unisoc o EDL.
