Cheetah Tool First time user with Cheetah tools - Specifically SIM Killer - Was I overcharged?

So first - I'm happy to find this tool - it really was a winner for the problem that I was having.

Needed to unlock someones XT2163-4.. I selected motorola read codes and it said I needed 1 credit.. Ran down to store to put money on card and got some credits.. ran procedure.. all was gravy, until i check on another phone and saw that my balance was now 7 credits of 10.. Where did the other 2 credits go?

So I found the "History" tab on the dashboard for Cheetah... and it appears that operations I tried to run before having credits applied were deducted from my balance after running the tool with credits.. I didn't actually receive the benefit of the tool so why did I get "retro actively charged"???
