Hi, we just checked and all seems to be ok, make sure you did not install MTK preloader tool and Android MTK Tool in same folder, this can cause conflict, go to c:\NckTeam folder
delete mtk folder and reinstall android mtk and check if all fixed, then when you install MTK Preloader Tool in installation process choose another name to folder to install , we will make this fix in coming update.
