Help error after change to SSD no login[Solved]

Good afternoon friends of the DTPRO team, today I formatted my computer and reinstalled my drivers and I am trying to enter the DTPRO tool manager and I get this error that I send you, please, what can I do?

this error is NOT for format!
This error is due to a bad format, disk change, disk or partition modification! When you modify the setting of your hard drive - the Hardware ID will change for Security
