This tool is built by MartView or is an external product. I want more information about this tool and how to buy it, is it a dongle or just a tool?

if you change your software into dongle then may be more users will be attract. because just user name n password is very hard to manage now a days, all professionals have 2 to 3 systems at a time now a days. . .
