EMT EME TOOL xiaomi auth functuon is still not available [SOLVED]

EME TOOL representative told me a few days ago that Xiaomi's authentication server will be updated within 1-2 days. But I checked today and they said it was updated, but I still can't use Xiaomi server authentication function.

And the staff is slow to respond. I want a fundamental solution.

Phone imei or sn (12 digit, beside QR-Code on the main baord) take a photo and then send to my skype please, after confirm find device is off we will enable auth service for you.

Touch me with my skype and then send me phone imei or sn (12 digit, beside qr-code on the main board) with your EMT username please.
we will confirm find device is off first and then enable xiaomi auth service for you EMT account.
