DTPro dtpro team please help [please check firewall]

All of my tools can be opened normally to eliminate network problems. All tools of dtpro can not be opened normally. I have purchased this tool and have not reinstalled windows. I have not logged in to this tool on other computers. Why is this?

If you have firewalls, blockers, Network blockers or some virus | Malware that blocks or filters your internet traffic, this will happen.
