I don't use the app often, just 1 a month, Everytime I open it worl perfectly, but today it just show this message. I don't know why, I didn't install any software since the last open.

Not sure why

Hi,

Try solve problem as follwo way:

1. Download and install latest emt installer (Download & Changelog of EMT)
2. Close all agent, vpn etc network software
