Hi,
I'm trying to recover the user data from a Samsung Galaxy SII. The device won't power. I've removed and reballed the chip to read the data directly. The chip is recognised and the read starts but fails when getting to the user partition

--- please try again (you may RESUME the read process) ---
I'm wondering if the chip is damaged or if there is a way to fix this. Can any one help?
