Chimera tool after 4days why remove my licence payment is alredy done

i ACTIVATE MY CHIMERA TOOL date 13 January 2021 from online resellers.- www.gsmsuper.com/
Am also using chimera tool from 4days.
After today 16 january 2021 from india time :- 15.05 pm am showing licence expire. and also when am login Tool & web browser then showing there is no license activate.
But i already make full payment before activation.
But now
why should i showing this issue with error.
Need please help me dear team.
i also make payment with reseller but thats was no response now and also note support on chimera website so
Please help my problem and fix thats issue.
i already have all proof from activate date to now also
Please fix my license and start my account again.
Otherwise refund my money.
