cant remove mi account of redmi y1

cant remove mi account redmi y1
factory format done
frp lock remove done
but cant remove mi account
i am using window 7 32 bit
i tried with window 7 64 bit
window 10pro
change pc but same problem
while removing mi account

and choose x86 for win 7 32 bit
or 64 for win 64bit
