Recently Vivo closed the Exploit what we used with that service. However, we are already working on the case. It is important because many clients requests this phone, and service from us.

Sadly this is an old issue now. We are working on the case, but the problem comes from the fact that the Vivo closed the exploit what we used previously.
Hopefully later on we can solve this problem with the team.
