after upgrade, dub-lx1 gallery and factory reset not work after repair

gallery automaticly closing,fingerprint not work and factory reset failed, how can i solve_?___

solved with Nvconstrutor, after reset security and repair imei do not update device, connect Nvconstrutor via fastboot mode with xloader firmware version and select quallcom dev button for fix unknow model and build problem, after this proccess update device with SD method, unknow model will be solved,factory reset works and gallery problem will be solved
