adb not working

I already uninstalled everything, reinstalled, deleted all the drivers but Sim unlocker does not work adb - all the other tools, adb works fine, but sim unlocker

this should be PC issue or Other tool ADB is killing sim-unlocker adb process, try in Other PC ,
