activations on infinity box

Greetings, I respectfully request assistance on the following I need, I have an infinity box that I bought some time ago, I paid for activation for 2 years and I want to perform other activations on it, but since I acquired it used I do not have the registration of said box and I no longer have contact with the person who sold it. My question, how can I enter the ios infnity? I am interested in the xiaomi service to withdraw MI accounts that is available. thanks.
