a720f hang problem

a720 came totally dead battery changed
after one day customer came with the problem touch missing hang problem .
too much hang i have flashed the phone with 4 flash files same problem.no heat problem. just hang
phone take too much time to start from samsung a7 logo.

anyone have solution for this prblem
