8x max (are-al00) oeminfo problem

Hi, I tried to downgrade my mobile in the past and it was dead..
Repaired it with dc Phoenix / hcu client etc.
Now my phone is Working fine but I can't upgrade to pie. Whenever I try to upgrade it via SD card method it fails..
My model info is Lost. IMEI is showing as null.
I have purchased dtpro tool kindly guide me in DETAIL how can I repair my mobile.

I also need help with mine as well I downgraded my mine to 8 to get Google Play Services on it but wont work I've tried everything Please help!?
