Hi, I tried the update of my dongle is always 1.38, expiration date was in October 2019, that it must be done to get the two months free, thank you

All users gor free two months support extend.
Users with renewed support get just a support extend for future. Users with expired support get support extend for their dongle expiry date and they have a chance to get newer dongle firmware version.
