Yes i also face this problem after install latest windows 10 pro ufi stuck at starting adb services

Well, when you start the update you have all the drivers and even the adb, if these drivers give you problems, you have to unlock them and install the universal adb drivers, but I have installed the ufi box drivers and they are perfect, thank you very much.
