I need help! I am new customer, i downloaded software and install, before start process install driver and setup software recognize dongle, but after install process software dont detect any UFI devices!
What is wrong? please help

To fix the problem of a dongle that isn't connected,
try doing the following steps:
1. Please check in the device manager, whether the dongle is detected correctly or not.
Note that the "smart card reader" must be installed correctly with the driver without any yellow exclamation marks.
UFI Dongle drivers can be found in the UFI installation folder: C: \ UFI \ drivers \ ufidongle
Please install the driver by executing FT2K_Drivers.exe for 32-bit systems, or FT2K_Drivers_64bit.exe for 64-bit systems.
2. Please pay attention to the led indicator on the dongle, if the led is not on, it means there is a problem with the card reader.
If the LED is on, the dongle is recognized in the device manager, and the driver is installed correctly,
but the Software is still "not connected", which means there is a problem with the smart card.
3. If you have just purchased Ufi Dongle, please return it to the reseller to claim the warranty.
The warranty period of the UFI Box and UFI Dongle is 6 months.
