Hi To All Of UFiXers Around the Globe,

After several problems that occurred on the download support server,
we are officially announcing that now the UFI Download Support Server is Up and Running.

Until now, there are approximately 10TB of files.
Most recently included is the addition of UFS Dump Files.


Please read Support Download Policy to avoid your IP access auto blocked by the server.


If you using Windows 11, to access popup download agent from system tray, you may go to Taskbar Settings -> Other system tray icons -> Change the toggle for UFI to ON

We need to understand here, UFI Box is a repair tool, not a download manager.If your goal of buying UFI Box is only as a download manager, maybe you bought the wrong tool.

bro after downloded files from supports there are many files asking for password where to get the password and how and what is the password for rea;me 5i?

Hi,
Please do not use external extractor programs, eg; winrar or 7zip
to extract the file you downloaded from UFi Support.

Some files are password protected for some security reasons.
UFI Software is already built-in with stand-alone extractor,
so just extract any file from ufi support server using only UFI Software itself,
and you won't be bothered with any password request.

bro ufi has in built extracter for which files ,ofp or rar? if ofp then it must be unrar first the rar file?but the question is the rar file is password protected then how stand alone extract it?

my phone model is rmx2030 realme 5i and the problem was unknown basband imei null when i change the sdr it comes back to normal but after few minutes it was in before condition i saw that many times it stay on logo some times it does not show storage that why i flashed the mob by ufi with isp after that starting restart with wipe data screen i tried many process then remove emmc reprogramme it with its backuped file the normally flashed it bur result same this is the story.so kindly guide me to recover such types phones thanks

Wipe data still coming up on the screen then restart.

Please Add "Rpmb program hex key" feature in Ufi-emmc tool box.
All other tools that are in the market have this feature except Ufi-box
Kindly take action to Add this feature in upcoming Ufi-box Update.

After I am trying UFI EMMC tool is working but EMMC Not detecting Sir..?

Almost I am checking 10 to 15 EMMC.....BGA.254& BGA.221 & BGA.153..

I AM CHEKING IN ISP PIN OUT ALSO BUT SAME PROBLEM SIR...?

Great work team more value to the UFI box nice work but I'll love team to increase isp and ufs pinout database so we could work on more devices and give box maximum support and performance
