Hi I tried to unlock one cell cricket dream 5g and when the tool finished I got imei 0. finishing the operation tool says that I should wipe and write security to repair this but when I did it took my creditis and i still have imei 0. please help me i hope you answer me soon. thanks

thanks , I did like you said and phone recovered imei back but its still lock. what show I do now ? 3 creditis left...

Sorry but stop saying that this tool unlock this model, its fake I unlocked the phone and did the wipe and write security twice and still locked... I dont think its fair we have to pay creditis for wipe and write security for the same phone tool kill imei and if we try to re unlock the same phone tool consume creditis again. for god sake its the same imei number and the same phone . i hope yoy guys refund me again my creditis one more time.

buenas tardes acabo de hacer un cricket EC211001 Y LO DEJO SIN IMEI le pase su backup y regreso el imei pero se buelbe a bloquear y se consumio los creditos

I have similar issue.
Lock was removed, but IMEI became Unknown, and phone could not connect or show any network.
Reset Security (BROM) gave no results.
Restore Security (BROM) with first backup made by app restored IMEI but also sim lock.
Could you advise what to do ?
