good night I have a problem with my new dongle sft dongle version InstallerSFTDongle v10.11.zip if it detects me and registers well and opens well but the SFT version Dongle v1.0.16 does not detect the dongle because it helps

its easy to install first smart card driver install

Please add link to needed driver.How card-reader should be detected?
Because on version 11 dongle is detected correctly and in latest software versions dongle is not detected at all.

Dear Sir,

First please make sure do not plug other tools dongle/smart card include Octoplus product whenever use/open SFT.
Second please make sure driver installed "not" Alor Micro USB Smart Card Reader but Microsoft Usbccid Smart Card Reader (WUDF) .
Third to install it should go device manager, go to Smart card readers column, select correct smart card and double click it, go to Driver, Update Driver, Browse my computer for driver software, Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer, select Microsoft Usbccid Smart Card Reader (WUDF). Done
* remark
Must unplug all other tools/smart card/box/dongle whenever use it.
